Terms of service

1. Who we are
ForeFrontier is run by Max Harding, sole proprietor, Avenue de la Grenade 9, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland. Email: contact@forefrontier.store. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ForeFrontier, and "you" means the person using this site or placing an order.

2. Using this site
You may use this site to browse, design a trip kit, play the game and buy our products. Please don't misuse it, for example by interfering with how it works, trying to access parts that aren't public, or using it for anything unlawful.

3. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include delivery within Switzerland. ForeFrontier is not registered for VAT. Payment for shop orders is taken at checkout. Trip kits are paid for after you approve your proof.

5. Trip kits
Trip kits are designed and made for your group. After you send us your trip details, we email you a proof within 48 hours, and we'll make changes until you're happy with it. Please check every detail carefully, including spelling, names, places and dates, because we produce exactly what you approve. Production starts only once you've approved the proof and paid.
Crests are text only: names, places, dates and coordinates. We don't reproduce club crests, brand names, logos or anything we reasonably consider offensive or that may infringe someone else's rights, and we may decline a request for these reasons. By sending us text for a crest, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Trip kits require a minimum of 6 people and must be ordered at least 21 days before you travel. The organiser provides sizes for the group, and the kit is delivered in one parcel to the organiser's address.

6. Made to order and delivery
Our products are made to order by our production partner. Dispatch times and delivery details are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Your options for returns and refunds are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

8. Colours and illustrations
We work hard to show our products accurately, but colours vary between screens. The 3D Kit Room and other previews are illustrations of placement and colour. Your emailed proof shows the design that will be made, and small variations in embroidery and print are part of how the products are made.

9. The game and discount codes
The daily game on our site is free to play, and no purchase is needed. A result may earn you a discount code. You can hold one code at a time, and a better result replaces a smaller code. Each code can be used once per customer, only one code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers. Codes have no cash value, can't be exchanged, and apply to products in our online shop, not to trip kits. We may cancel codes obtained by tampering with the game, and we may change or end the game or its rewards at any time without affecting codes already issued.

10. Our designs
The designs, images, text and code on this site belong to ForeFrontier and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

11. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings at your place of residence, and you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
