How golf days use them
- Welcome packs. A cap for every player, waiting at registration.
- Team kit. A polo for each team, ordered by size, so the day's photos look like an event.
- Prizes. A few caps and polos for the winners, nearest the pin and longest drive.
What goes on it
The course or town on the top line and the event's name and year underneath, for example "Ascot" over "Charity Day 2027". The course's coordinates go on the back of the cap and the left sleeve, so every player takes home the day, not just a logo.
Ordering
The organiser designs the crest, sees it on the real cap and polo, enters how many of each size and pays once. Everything is delivered to the organiser in one parcel. Cap and polo CHF 91 per player, polo only CHF 61, cap only CHF 38. For a large field, email us the numbers and the date before you order.
Timing
Everything is embroidered to order. Allow at least three weeks in Switzerland and four weeks elsewhere. For a summer golf day, ordering in spring leaves plenty of room. Delivery in Switzerland is free. UK orders from about £150 can be paid here, with 20% import VAT and a courier fee collected on delivery. EU orders and smaller UK orders go through a private Etsy listing with VAT included.
Questions organisers ask
Is there a minimum order?
Two people. A handful of caps for the prize table is fine.
Can we add a sponsor's logo?
Not in the online designer, which uses a set crest layout. Email us with what you need before you order.
Can we see it before we pay?
Yes. Your crest is rendered on the real cap and polo before you pay, and we check every order by hand within 48 hours. If we can't make it exactly as shown, you get a full refund.
