Refund policy

Prints and gifts
If you change your mind, you can return an unused print or gift in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email contact@forefrontier.store first and we'll tell you where to send it. Return postage is paid by you. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.

Trip kits and personalised items
Trip kits are designed and embroidered for your group, so they can't be returned or exchanged once you've approved the proof. This does not affect your rights if something arrives faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to send it back.

Discount codes
Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, after any discount.
