Shipping policy

Made to order
Every piece is made to order by our production partner and dispatched within 2 to 6 working days. You'll get an email with tracking once it's on its way.

Switzerland
Delivery is free and usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Swiss VAT is paid before your parcel leaves, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Trip kits
Trip kits are delivered in one parcel to the organiser. Please order at least 21 days before you travel. We confirm the expected delivery date when you approve your proof.

UK and EU
Our prints are available on our Etsy shop, where local VAT and delivery are handled for you. Trip kits for UK and EU groups are paid through a private Etsy listing.

Lost or late parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, email contact@forefrontier.store and we'll sort it out.
