Golf society kit: matching caps and polos
One crest for the whole society, on a cap and a polo that members actually want to wear. Design it in two minutes and send one link round the group.
Matching caps and polos for golf societies, embroidered with the society's name and the coordinates of your home course or this year's tour. Everyone picks their own size, and everyone can pay for their own.
What goes on the kit
The front of the cap and the left chest of the polo carry your crest: a place on the top line, and your society's name and year underneath. Many societies use their home club for everyday kit and the destination for the annual tour, for example "Algarve" over "Spring Tour 2027". The exact coordinates go on the back of the cap and the left sleeve.
Every crest uses the same layout, so a society can order new kit for each tour and it still looks like a set.
Ordering for a whole society
- One organiser pays for everyone. Enter how many of each size and pay once. Everything arrives with the organiser in one parcel.
- Or everyone pays for their own. Design the kit once, then send one link to the society's group chat. Each member picks their size and fit and pays at checkout.
- Two teams. Choose navy v white and half the society gets the navy kit, half the white, with the same crest. It works well for a Ryder Cup-style match.
Prices and sizes
Cap and polo CHF 91 per person, polo only CHF 61, cap only CHF 38. The Under Armour performance polo is CHF 41 more per person. The classic polo comes in a men's fit from S to 3XL and a women's fit from S to 2XL. The Under Armour polo comes in both fits from S to 2XL. Caps are one size and adjustable. The minimum is two people, and for groups of 8 or more the organiser's kit is free.
Timing and delivery
Everything is embroidered to order, so allow at least three weeks in Switzerland and four weeks elsewhere. Delivery in Switzerland is free. UK societies can pay here for orders from about £150, with 20% import VAT and a courier fee collected on delivery. Societies in the EU, and smaller UK orders, pay through a private Etsy listing with VAT included.
Questions organisers ask
Can we use our society's existing logo?
Not in the online designer. Every crest uses a set layout (a place, your society's name and year, and the coordinates) so it looks finished without artwork. If you need your own logo, email us before you order.
How do we check the design before it's made?
You see your crest rendered on the real cap and polo before you pay. We then check every crest by hand within 48 hours. If we can't make it exactly as shown, you get a full refund.
Can members pay for their own kit?
Yes. Design the kit once, choose to invite the group, and share one link. Each member picks their own size and fit and pays at checkout.
